Cancellation policies

The campsite La Garenne applies sanitary measures according to the recommendations of authorities. Thoses measures complement the general sales conditions, to offer you quiet holidays in the counrtyside.

> Cancellation by the customer

If a cancellation insurance has been taken by the customer,  the camping La Garenne repays the entire amount.

• The customer cannot come because of a lockdown.
• The customer cannot come because of travel restrictions.
• The customer cannot come because of a quarantine.

> Postponement of stay

If there is no cancellation insurance, we propose to our customers the postponement of stay :

• For an equivalant stay, with no extra costs.
• For a credit note valid for 18 months (according to our disponibilities).

Other personnal problems related to Covid 19 :

• You are sick and you are not allowed to leave your home.
• You are in quarantine.
• A relative or a person close to you is sick or passes away.

Those situations do not warrant a free refund.
